The program is open to registration. You can register and start the program TODAY if you are ready! Once your registration payment is processed, you will be automatically enrolled and will receive a "Welcome" email containing your login credentials. The email will be sent to the email address used at the time of registration.

YES! All content is online and self-paced. Please keep in mind that not all travel industry completion certificates are recognized internationally. Please check your country’s regulations before registering for the coursework offered in preparation for the Travel Agent Education Certification (TAEC™) exam.

YES! The program is 35–40 hours. At a leisurely - yet, committed - pace we anticipate the program taking between four to five weeks to complete. Some have completed the curriculum in as little as three weeks! The program is self-paced, and you will have access to the platform for 90 days from date of registration.

With some, you can. However, several require experience or travel education certification. We would encourage anyone considering a new professional path to learn more about the industry. Completing the comprehensive coursework Travel Agent Education Powered by Avoya offers will provide you with the industry basics needed to develop your confidence and knowledge, building a solid foundation for your journey to becoming an industry expert.
